URMA Distinguished Service Award

This award is designed to recognize a current URMA member who has provided outstanding service to the association.

Nomination Form

This individual should epitomize the spirit and characteristics emblematic of URMA: A welcoming and helpful nature, generosity in sharing knowledge, and a dogged commitment to excellence in research communications and the advancement of the profession.

The award recipient will be chosen through a formal nomination process. The URMA Board will review the nominations and determine the award recipient.

The award, which includes a plaque and $500 cash prize, will be presented at the annual conference.

Only one award may be given each year. Board members are not eligible while in office.
